Upcoming workshop/seminar on tourism in Humboldt County on Friday, Feb. 23 from 1-3 p.m. at 773 Redwood Drive Suite E, Garberville, California. Free admission for members of SHBVB and Humboldt County Cannabis Chamber of Commerce.
Let's talk tourism and our next step towards sustainability!
Tourism is one of the worlds largest industries. Tourism creates jobs and revenue both through direct employment within the industry and indirectly in sectors such as retail, services and transportation. Here in Southern Humboldt, we have an array of natural beauty and resources. Visitors come from all over the world to experience our Avenue of the Giants, the Lost Coast, destination weddings, award winning wines, cannabis and more. As a community what is our next step to carry us through these changing times? The SHBVB along side of the Humboldt County Cannabis Chamber of Commerce would like to collectively address and answer questions regarding tourism marketing and destination development in Southern Humboldt.
